On August 25th we took out the Federation University Gippsland Business Awards Hospitality category.

We are a part of our community, and we are so lucky that our locals have embraced us and want to be a part of us too.

August seen two new beers make their way into cans. 
Burra XPA " The other pale"  This beer is a burst of flavour, with a mix of grains and harmonious blend of hops.  With lime and grapefruit flavours this citrusy mix is delightful.
GIPPS ECLIPSE - Mandarin Amber, crafted with a robust malty grain foundation, this beer delivers a sweet mandarin and citrus peel flavour. HPA's new hop Eclipse is all about mandarin so we couldn't resist adding some freshly picked local mando's to bring a fresh twist with every sip. 

2023 Harvest Ale
Hudson Hops are nurturing this years hops for the Burra Harvest Ale.
Our most popular specialty beer, many people are waiting on this one.

​UPDATE : The brew is now in tank and working its magic. 
Our planned release is right before the Easter Long weekend. 
So keep your eye out for this one, 2023 will be a ripper

Brewed as a beer, our ginger beer is infused so it doesn't take over the fact it's a beer and not a soft drink.
With the linger of ginger and lemon its refreshing and goes down a treat on a warm day.
Coming in at 3.6% this mid is easy drinking.

Installing 100 solar panels will allow us to save on power and more importantly help reduce our carbon footprint.

Named Charge to celebrate the installation of our solar panels.  "Turning solar into Beer"
Coming in at 6.1% this beer is bold in many ways.

Welcome back Finger Lime
2022's batch has been brewed with a new ABV of 4.6%.  Bringing this beer back down to a drinkable level has allowed people to enjoy a couple.
Moved to a summer release the Finger Lime is best placed for warmer days.

Brush N Bubbles #2 was a big turn out with many smiling faces.
Hosted by the Korumburra Lions Club we work hard to help them raise much needed funds for their club.
All of the painters receive a glass of bubbles on arrival plus a small pizza to enjoy prior to Bob starting his fun class on putting together their own piece of art.
So many people didn't think they could create a masterpiece that's worth hanging up at home, but they did.  So many surprised faces.
Looking forward to the next night.

2022 Pilsner is back in stock.
Produced as a German style Pilsner this beer is released each October and loved by many.
Plenty of cans and kegs available this year some pop in and grab a schooner or 4pk.

Our very excited to see the completion of our new retractable roof this week.
With the ability to scroll back over the bar roof we can mix and match the decking space.
